Writing Workshop: Cupid's Letters

We're self-confessed saps at The Scarlett Letters, so Valentine's Day has us feeling gooey, sentimental, or full of yearning. Could we love more than just the corporeal?

In this workshop, we'll explore poetry and prose celebrating the myriad of relationships we have with the people, places, and times we love. There will be inspired discussion and individual writing time, with the opportunity to share works at the end. All writers welcome!

About the facilitator

Mikayla Elias is an American poet living in London. They are the author of the collection bending toward the light and have recently completed a Master’s of Arts in Creative Writing at Queen Mary, University of London. Their writing leans on providing a space to process trauma and pressing towards intersectional equity.
